S CLUB

S Club children and leaders join with the afternoon service for the opening prayers and worship songs, and then move to the Hall for an open session for children aged from 5 upwards. Younger children are welcome to come up to the Hall with a parent or carer, where they can enjoy playing with our box of toys and colouring materials.  A Sunday School session includes games, Bible teaching and art and craft activities, all with the aim of enjoying ‘Church’ together, while learning more about God and getting to know him personally.

All Sunday School and youth work is done in accordance with the guidelines of the Baptist Union’s ‘Safe to Grow’ child protection policy. We have a number of volunteers who come out to help with Sunday School.  Sue D'Aloia is the co-ordinator.  She is supported by our safeguarding person, Barbara Fordham, and a number of mums who take turns helping out.
